Regional Workshop on Project Monitoring and Evaluation

Regional Workshop on Project Monitoring and Evaluation was held from 9 to 11 July 2012 in Nuclear Regulatory Agency. This workshop was organized within the framework of the IAEA Technical Cooperation Programme. Lecturers in the workshop were Ms. Alessia Rodriguez y Baena and Mr. Max Kodjo from the IAEA Department of Technical Cooperation.
Bulgarian experts form Kozloduy NPP, SE RAW, Military Medical Academy, National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology, University of Forestry, Maritsa Vegetable Crops Research Institute, Queen Giovanna Hospital, Oncology Centre Sofia as well as NRA experts took part in the workshop.
New methods, adopted by the IAEA, for evaluation and monitoring for technical cooperation projects were introduced in the workshop. Also group team activities were carried out in order to explain and use the new methods.
Bulgaria was selected for host country among the other member states of Region Europe because of the high rate of implementation of the national projects form 2009-2011 Project Cycle for Technical Cooperation.
